The architecture is intentionally complementary: the Assessment Programme structures evidence; the Endorsed Partner Programme mobilizes qualified institutional capability; the SDGs Ambassador Programme develops university-based leadership; and Project GENERA converts these capabilities into practical, locally relevant implementation and learning.
